From there, the $99 DIY plan is built for self-starters. It’s a fully self-managed option and doesn’t include setup support. If you’d like guidance or hands-on help building your call flow, choose a plan with support included—our team’s here when you need us.

Once you’ve made your selection, click ‘Proceed to the Next Step’ 

Fill out the required information, then proceed to the next step to continue your setup.
 

2. Reset Your Password

After signing up, check your inbox for an email from support@aireceptionist.com. It includes your portal access instructions and a temporary password to get you started.
 

Once you log in, you’ll be prompted to create a personal password—quick and secure.

3. Begin Your Free Trial

When you first log in, you’ll be prompted to enter your card details on a secure, external page. This unlocks full access to your AI Receptionist dashboard, where you can start customizing your bot—from call flow to personality.

Your 7-day free trial begins once your payment info is submitted. During that time, you can explore features, set up your virtual receptionist, and fine-tune everything.

On Day 5, we’ll send you a reminder about the upcoming end of your trial. You can cancel before Day 7 to avoid being charged. If you don’t take action, your subscription will continue seamlessly and your card will be charged.
