Your User Information includes your personal details used for documentation services, such as your phone number and email address. It also displays the numbers registered to your aiReceptionist, your account number, the agent’s associated location, and your account status (e.g., ACTIVE or DISABLED).

The User Directory displays all users with access to your aiReceptionist agent. For each user, you’ll see their name, mobile number, email address, and available actions—such as adding them as a contact for quick access in the ‘Make a Call’ tab, or redirecting to initiate a call or email from the appropriate place.

Company Information
This section confirms your account name and number, and includes the billing address, website, phone number, and email provided for your company.

Caller-ID Registrations
Register your number to appear in the ‘Call From’ dropdown when placing outbound calls from your portal. This ensures your chosen number is displayed to customers when you call.
