Response Delay
To avoid interruptions, aiReceptionist uses a configurable response delay—giving callers time to finish speaking before replying. You can fine-tune this setting by up to 5 seconds for a natural, human-like rhythm.

Call Forms
Customize the fields your aiReceptionist collects—this information will be included in all messages. It is not necessary to include a “Message” or “Regarding” field, as your aiReceptionist will always provide a detailed summary of the call and key points discussed.

Transfer Conditions
Your aiReceptionist will transfer callers to the designated number when specific conditions are triggered.
You can enable or disable warm transfers anytime, based on your company’s needs.
Warm Transfer (ENABLED)
Your aiReceptionist places the caller on hold, contacts the recipient to introduce the call, and asks for permission to transfer.
If accepted: The caller is immediately connected.
If declined: The bot returns to the caller with an update.
Cold Transfer
Your aiReceptionist transfers the caller directly to the recipient—no introduction, no permission request.
